Griffin & Reed Comprehensive Dentistry

With a variety of financing options available to you, and a personal treatment coordinator and insurance manager ready to serve you, finances should never get in the way of your total health and a great smile! If you have any questions about payment policies, please ask any member of our team.

Payment for services is due on the day of treatment and, for your convenience, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. If you do not have dental insurance, you will be responsible for the fee.  We work diligently to estimate costs of treatment prior to delivering your treatment.  

If you do have dental insurance, we will be happy to file your dental insurance claim on your behalf and accept payment from the insurance company as they allow. So, your payment on the day of service will be based on an estimate of your insurance plan’s co-pay and deductible amounts. Insurance contracts are negotiated between your employer and the insurance company. Coverage is determined by the insurance company. All charges are ultimately your responsibility whether your insurance company fulfills their obligation or not. If the insurance company does not pay your claim within 30 days your balance becomes your responsibility and is due in cash, check or credit card.  We will continue to assist you as you follow up with your insurance company.
